AV Controlwise is a mobile company, so we do not consider our base office as our only service area. We go where we are needed to complete the finest in control system projects, no matter where they are located. We also work remotely on many projects that are hundreds of miles away from our base to avoid travel charges to the clients…they only need to get the master controller on a network with internet access, or have a technician available that can download code.
Our main office is located near Austin, Texas. We also have a second satellite office near Houston, Texas.

Quotes are always free! Depending on the complexity of the proposed system, we typically return quotes within a few hours or a few days.
If one of our integration partners needs a quote, please simply email us with the following information for a very quick turnaround. Not all of these documents are mandatory, but with more information available to us, the quicker and more thorough the quote will be.
· Due Date for system start, and final deadlines; Zip Code for the location if we are needed onsite;
· List of any additional services needed like custom graphics, commissioning, end user training;
· Equipment List;
· System Drawings;
· Scope of Work.
Whether our end user clients know exactly what their needs are or they are just exploring what type of system will fit in their budget, AV Controlwise is happy to assist you. For relatively small systems, we may be able to simply email a quote based on a phone conversation. For more elaborate systems, or those that require equipment mounting or wiring through existing structures, a site visit will be in order.
A few final notes about quotes:
· We do not sell equipment only…only as part of a programming project.
· In this age of internet scam artists, we will not respond with quotes to emails with no other contact information provided.
· Keep in mind that we are techno geeks, not professional sales people. Please do not be intimidated to ask for a quote for fear of being hounded by follow-up phone calls. We will follow-up on tightly scheduled projects in order to not miss a deadline, but typically only once. Absolutely no high-pressure sales at AV Controlwise…ever!
