AV Controlwise believes in being there for our clients not only while actively working on a project, but after the job has been completed. Our standard warranty on all of our projects for the control system programming will be for one full year from the final acceptance sign-off by the client. The guarantee will cover programming of the control system as it is described to function within the proposal/contract. It will also cover any other services contracted within the proposal such as design and integration.
Additionally, if AV Controlwise supplies any control system, audio-visual or other equipment for the project, we will handle any equipment warranty issues with the manufacturer. However, we are not listing a time frame for equipment warranties here as it is different for every manufacturer and even individual products within a manufacturers’ product lines. For example, a control system manufacturer may offer a three year warranty for a wireless touch panel, but the batteries within the touch panel are only warranted for three months, as they are expendable parts.
We normally include training time within our proposals. After the initial training session, we are pleased to offer further training sessions for new users at a nominal hourly fee.
